- 1 cup of coconut oil

- Let the seeds infuse in the oil for a few minutes until the seeds turn slightly

  darker.

- Allow the oil to cool and then strain out the seeds.

- Massage the fenugreek-infused coconut oil into your scalp and hair.

- Leave it on for at least an hour or overnight.
